ABSTRACT
We all know it's important to eat a balanced diet to help stay healthy and on form, but it's not always easy. A bowl of cereal with milk can make a great start to the day however - providing you with up to 30% of the recommended daily amounts of several key nutrients essential for health and well being. Most of the breakfast cereals in the Weetabix range gives you the goodness of wholegrain wheat or oats, with many varieties being high in the natural fibre needed for a healthy digestive system.
