This paper aims to publicize our students in how important habits are, this helps the character forming him to be displayed and have a better understanding life and why we do things.

It is important to the development of this text, as this will reveal each of the important points to develop a good habit. A habit is at the intersection of three overlapping components: Knowledge, Skills and Desire (or attitude). Knowledge will tell what to do and why; Skills taught you how to do things you want to do; and Desire is the motivation, your desire to do them.

No matter how many people you get to know, there is only one person that can change you, and that is yourself. The best investment you can make is to improve yourself by developing habits that will make you a better person and a better human being. If you want to change any situation, you have to behave differently. But to change your behavior, you must first change your pattern - their way of interpreting the world.

We all have habit that we acquired throughout our live, some of them started in an early development of our infant or youth days when our parents made us to do certain task or way to do things. These habits kept carrying thru the time and made us do things different than other people. Habits can vary, from the time to take a shower before going to sleep to the way we brush our teeth or eat a meal.

While I analyze one of my habits, I will state when that habit started and under what circumstance, and what role models if any I had for my habit. I will discuss who person in my live influenced me to get this habit and whether or not I still doing my habit and explain any occasion that I tried or stop using it.
