When creating projects and learning within a group atmosphere it is necessary not only to know but it is equally important to understand an individuals’ learning and personality styles. Three of the personality traits that I have are a giver, an organizer, and a thinker. The three learning styles that I posses are Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, and Verbal-Linguistic.

I have always been a giver. I have always given back to my community through my gym and other charitable donations. I always feel like there is more to give and more people to help. It brings me joy to see others happy especially children I receive great satisfaction that others needs are being provided for.

I have always considered my self to be organized. The more I try something the better I become at doing things.. Sometimes it takes a while for me to start task, but once I do, I make sure the tasks is completed.. I love keeping my gym organized boxers name are arranged alphabetically and weight classes by color. I am always rearranging gear in order to make more room in my gym. The Gym locker room is an example of constant organization. This room is trashed everyday Boxers do not like to clean this room on a daily basis but it is mandatory. I feel like a clean gym promotes clean hard training.

A thinker is a quality that most people posses but all may not use. I am always thinking about things and at times dissect information in order to understand it better. I do not consider myself an over thinker but Sometimes I feel that I think too much. I always think of ways to better my gym and make my fighters better. When it comes to training young boxers there is always something running through my brain.
