Communications and Collaborating Strategy Paper
Concerning learning styles, there is an array of different styles of learning that each individual has established. These learning styles we master and apply the learning styles to our everyday lives. Understanding the way you learn, helps you make better decision and purse learning goals. Occasionally while working with others you will notice others have different ways of learning. Find a way to incorporate everyone learning styles so that it works for everyone.
While completing my assessment my learning styles were, I am a Visual person, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal. I am a very hand on person, I like to take notes, and I like to discuss the information. The other learning styles that I am less capable with were drawing maps, analytical, and logical-mathematical. I try to incorporate every one learning styles into one. Finding each person strength and weakness is a good way to be effective. Everyone is good at something. Taking notes can maybe help him or she who likes to draw maps put their ideas on paper from my note taking. With me being more Visual, I can maybe visualize information my other teammates may not be able to understand. Logical-mathematics this is a very weak learning style I haven’t acquired. Acquiring this type of learning styles is a good thing. He or She usually thinks everything out, they analyze, and very good with calculations. I am not very good with mathematics. While working in a group, it is very important not to speak negatively on others learning styles. I have notice while working in groups others learn at a different pace.
