* Does the board visit quarterly the offices where the directors work at to supervise that they are doing their job?

If board members see personally how their staff are doing they can address the issues as a board team and work at fixing any issues they may have. This also can make them more physically involved versus just thru email and conference calls. This will also help their directors to want to do their best.

Staff

* Do staff members show good participation qualities?

Knowing how to communicate and work with other team members is important. When the staff can community and work with each other it helps them work together on a common goal. This benefits the team but also the community.

Donors and Fund Raisers

* Are donors and fund raisers given monthly news letters informing them on how their contributions are being used and how they are helping the community? Or how it’s helping the organization?

People like to know how their donations are helping others. They also like to know when there is a change. The more inform one is the more confidence people feel. The in return stimulates donors and fund raisers to want to give more and be willing to contribute when asked.

Client/Customers

* Are clients/customers provided with questioners to rate the services they are being provided by the organization?

If clients can give their opinion about how they personally felt about the services provided they can actually feel they have a voice and that their opinion matters. This in return will help the organization do better in providing service and fixing any issues and the community benefits from this as well.

Volunteers

* Are volunteers recognized for their giving spirit? Are they given recognition by the organization by the board members?

This will help volunteers feel that their efforts are valued and that they are considered part of the organization. This will make the organization aware of the contributions they give...
