200 Word Descriptions for Graphic Image-Week 3

The difference between job analysis, job description, and job specification is first that the job analysis’s outcome is the job description and the job specifications because the job analysis is collecting the information needed to determine what items are needed to get a job done. It involves the general tasks, duties, responsibilities, and what the outcome of a job will be. This process includes developing the actual content for the job to advise the employee of his responsibilities and duties of his job.

On the other hand, a job description lists the requirements for a specific job. The job description tells the employee what is expected of him, the goals, work hours, and how they will be compensated.

The job specification is a statement of the minimum acceptable human skills needed to perform a job such as experience, education and skills.
