▪ Subject of the Course Project

Technology plays an important role in all aspects of the business. It includes kinds of the software, hardware and services which could provide more opportunities to run the business and improve the ability of organizations. This proposal aims to take advantage of the business technology, especially the Information system in China Mobile Communications and address the solutions to impact the performance of the company.

▪ Business problem statement

As the technology are changing so fast, it is necessary for the business to change at a quicker speed in IT industry. The business problem is how to get the competitive benefits in the IT industry and effectively reduce the time and cost.

▪ Name of the company or organization

China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) is a Chinese company of telecommunication. It provides the largest wireless network to millions of customers, in addition, it offers the mobile voice and multiple media through the technology network which let users communicate with each other everywhere and every time. The mission of the company is to allow people to communicate in a limitless information world and create better social responsibilities (China mobile, 2015).

It is necessary for China Mobile to implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
