Elements Massage Houston is owned and operated by John Doe, consisting of 4 different massage clinics throughout the greater Houston area. Elements Houston employs 4 Clinic Managers, 1 General Manager, 15 Clinic Administrators and 85 Certified Massage Therapists. Elements Massage is a Franchise that is new to the Houston area within the last 5 years and trying to break through in the market of personal massage. Elements prides themselves in beating the competition by focusing on the clients massage needs and making sure every massage is therapeutic. Each client that walks through our doors will have a new understanding of what routine massage can do for them. We offer a monthly membership with no contract; clients can cancel at any time.

Outsourcing of Business Processes

Elements Houston is considering the use of outside resources to manage a few of our non-core business functions. This will allow the owner and the clinic managers to focus on the customer, retention of employees, new membership sales and attrition of members. We have done our due diligence of categorizing the main functions within the company. Core functions that were identified are:

• Overall Operations of the 4 clinics

• Inside Sales

• Marketing

• Human Resources

• Recruiting

• Procurement and Purchasing

• Customer Service

• Clinic Administration

• Clinic Management

Out of these core functions, we believe that outsourcing the Marketing, Human Resources and Recruitment will help our management team gain more focus. Currently our Clinic Managers handle most of the core functions listed above. It is our belief that we need a focus on marketing by qualified business to raise awareness of our brand, locations and offerings in the area.
