Activities leading to the perception of being a Charismatic Leader

Questions: What kind of activities could a full time college student pursue that might lead to the perception that he or she is a charismatic leader? In pursuing those activities, what might the student do to enhance these perceptions of being charismatic?

Charismatic leaders achieve their vision through persistence and personal sacrifice. These leaders become role models for their organizations. And, since followers share in the vision, they are empowered to make decisions that move the organization more quickly towards the goal. Charismatic leaders can lead organizations into new areas, inspire followers and sometimes even obtain extraordinary performance results from an organization.

As a full time college student I could join extra- curricular activities like organizations that would provide me training, seminars and opportunities to be part of a community service that could help me to know that I have the potential to be a Charismatic Leader. Community Service would be great if you’re heart is really in it. Doing my projects, school related tasks and written assignments or group presentation effectively would also lead to the perception of being a charismatic leader. Now I am a member of Student Commission on Election and with the help of this organization I could enhance my perception of being a Charismatic Leader because this organization deals with so many activities regarding the election. It involves much decision making and would really help in developing my leadership skill. To enhance the perception of being a charismatic leader those activities like seminars would be use to speak openly about what I think regarding the situation that is being discuss in the seminar. I should be aware of what is happening around me and the latest development of the activity. I should be focus when it comes to important...
