Mission Statement

Father Time Day Care Center believes that every child is important. Our mission is to provide a warm and caring facility that offers children the chance to grow and learn and make new friends in a safe and secure environment. It is our hope that every child who stays with Father Time as a child will become part of our extended family forever!

Purpose of COE, as it pertains to your company

At Father Time children's well being is our key concern. There is zero tolerance for any ethical violations as it pertains to each employees job at our organization.

The purpose of code of ethics is to ensure that every employee of Father Time at all levels is clear on our ethical standards and understands the ramifications of not following these standards (Katz, 2007).

Our company will use our code of ethics as a guide to help ensure adherence to company policies are being met in all aspect of our operations. In situations where employees are found to be abusing our ethics policy, we will take swift actions to ensure this behavior is immediately corrected.

By establishing a code of ethics in our day care centers, we are helping to insure that the protection and safety of our young children comes first. For employees and providers at Father Time, our code of ethics helps establish a providers work ethic and ensures that compassion and care are a common themes in all aspects of the providers methodology.

Under the Father Time code of ethics, day care providers are expected to provide special attention to the children's emotional and social development by providing opportunities for all children to increase their learned behaviors and grow their independence and self esteem throughout their stay with us at our facilities (Katz, 2007).
