Performance Management focuses on open, honest and candid communication between managers and associates. True performance management should be an ongoing conversation between managers and associates about expectations, goals, results and opportunities for improvement.

Each manager or supervisor is required to provide an annual summary of progress for his/her team members in regards to the achievement of their goals and overall performance. These are to be completed and uploaded to ADP and submitted to your Regional Human Resources team, no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2015.

Rating Scale:

(E) Exceptional:

Performance far exceeded expectations due to exceptionally high quality of work performed in all areas of key accountabilities and attributes, resulting in an overall quality of work that was superior; and either 1) included the completion of a major goal or project, or 2) made an exceptional or unique contribution in support of the overall company objectives. (This rating is truly rare – typically given to 1% or less of the Associate population)
