There are so many different reasons why a person can cause so much pain and suffering around the world. There’s even more reasons why a person and kill another person and not think twice about it or take or steal from the people that are the closest to them or even take care of them. With these types of behaviors they are only seen are the top of the evolutionary food chart and that is the human.

The Pelican Bay State Prison was built in the summer of 1989. There was more than 10,200 of the most destructive criminals like gang members, rapists, and even murderers. In the video War Zone it covered things like riots and criminal enterprises and control factors from behind the prison walls. It also mentions that the fact that just because they are in prison doesn’t mean that their reach is limited. Over the years it has even out grown their own legacy of power and even murder. First let’s take a look back before the prison walls were up and loaded with the worst of the worst people. The man question is why, why is it the way it is.
