Totally baffled Michelle responds, “I have been great, and you?! I was just talking about you and the time we spent together to my friends at our wine tasting last night! How crazy is that?”

“How does that work?” she asked.

“I logon to the website. Once inside I usually check the forums. That is where we all meet in the chat forum. We respond back and forth to anything and everything. We call it threaded discussions. Since we are in different states and time zones we can be online at different times. This is called asynchronous communication. Our instructor gives us feedback on our assignments and is there for us if we need them. I can call if I need to But usually everything is handled easily online.”
