Maturity
He has a hard time admitting he has made a mistake and often blame others as the cause of the mistakes.
Self confidence
Steve Jobs has a big Self confidence, he believes in himself and in his ideas. It is also shown in his ability to solve problems and in his decision making. His high controlling power makes him able to change a company to be much disciplined and accomplish tasks on his demanding schedules.
Extroversion
Steve Jobs willingness to take interviews proves that his relationship with the world media is good and that shows that he exhibits some traits of an extrovert. Since he is ambitious, influential and positive he is very likely to generate confidence and enthusiasm among his followers.
Assertiveness (Dominance)
The assertiveness of a leader is one who is good in expressing his demands, opinions, attitudes and feelings. Steve Jobs has for instance demanded his workers to extreme work conditions, he comes up with aggressive visions and he is a perfectionist who thrusts his staff to be that to. These actions show the assertiveness of Steve Jobs.
Enthusiasm
His speeches and his entrepreneurial behavior, for example in Apples product launches he instills his excitement about the product being launched to the audience and the potential buyers, this indicates a large degree of enthusiasm.
Intelligence / Openness to experience
Most leaders have above-average intelligence compared to Steve Jobs. Intelligence refers to the ability to think critically, to solve problems and to make the right decisions. One example are when Steve returned to Apple in 1997 Apple was bleeding money, within a year he had reduces the product lines and cut cost leading to apple being back creating profit. This example shoes Jobs intelligence in solving problems in a short period of time.
