Abstract

It has been speculated that computer game play by young people has negative correlates or consequences, although little evidence has emerged to support these fears. It is concluded that computer games can be a positive feature of a competitive college life.

But to help to lessen the bad effects of computer games, because we believe that everything too much is bad, we also included some advises to know if a gamer is addicted, its indication and characteristics and how to prevent cyber gaming addiction.
