The three things that a web designer must consider and also understand about the purpose or target audience prior to their site development and the reason that I think that each of them are important to a successful plan will be explained in the next few paragraphs. The first step or identifier that a web designer should use I believe is the age group of their intended demographic or audience intended to use or purchase said design or concept. The reasoning behind me saying this is that when one clearly defines to whom they are intending to present their product or services to then the intended use or understanding of the design will be fully understood as was intended.

The second of steps that a designer should incorporate into their design concept would be the education of their intended demographic or audience if you will and this is whether you are aiming at school age children or college students or even professionals such as teachers. The use of the educational background will help the designer to come into the conclusion about the lucidity of the language that is to be used during the website design.

The third of these steps that a designer will take would be the technical knowledge that is possessed by the intended audience or purchaser of the website. The point of this concept is to insure if you are dealing with some technical services and to then analyze which type of technological knowledge the end users possess. The determining of this factor will then allow for the web designer to better understand and to analyze about the intended audience’s strengths and weaknesses as well. The last of statements that one can make upon this subject is that when a web designer clearly outlines all of these mentioned aspects of web design by studying the target audience all the other things then become easier. The examples of the things that become easier would be the screen resolution, graphics format, fast load times, and language as well.
