Kudler Fine Foods

Kudler Fine Foods is a specialty grocery store that provides customers with the highest quality products available. Kudler Fine Foods currently has three locations in the southern California area. The first store was established in La Jolla and has had strong sales from the start. A second store was established shortly thereafter in Del Mar. The Encinitas store was recently opened. The issues above are not the only ones; however they are the ones that are affecting the company in all three stores. Once these issues are addresses, KFF will remain at the front of the gourmet grocer marketplace (Apollo Group, 2003)
