Club IT is a fast growing nightclub that is owned and managed by Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys. After evaluating the outlines of the nightclubs clientele and their operations which need a series of recommended upgrades that are available for enhancing their management capabilities, Lisa and Ruben finds out that there are several different information technology management systems for their employees and clientele. With implementations of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, customer relationship management (CRM) and supplies chain management (SCM) software, Club IT should improve their marketing, sales, clients, and employee relations.

We started discussing Club IT’s website, which needed a more professional look and a way for their clients to interact with the website and the employees as well as the owners. Club IT website should provide merchandise that can be purchased with a 10% discount for members only, the menu is available for customers to see and a schedule of events are also available for customers. There should also be a section for customers to purchase advance tickets for upcoming events.

Customers should feel privileged and appreciated with a VIP section, VIP special packages, ticket discounts and be able to see blogs on the different events and performers. This information should be on the profile page with easy access for Club IT members. These improvements will expand customers and employee relations because this allows the customers to purchase event tickets and merchandise online. The website of Club IT should be accessible from any device with internet. Whether a cell phone, laptop, or computer; these changes will help expand Club IT’s clientele.
