Introduction

Pokhara University was established in 1996 AD under Pokhara University Act, 1997 of Nepal, aims to provide higher education in contributing to the development of the nation. Pokhara University is located in Kaski, Pokhara.

Nobel College was established in 2001 AD committed to provide a value based education at the Bachelor level with management (Bachelor in business administration, computer information system, Health Care Management) as well as science faculty (Bachelor in Public Health, Microbiology & Medical Laboratory Technology).

Under Pokhara University, students of 7th semester are required to undergo in a internship program. This proposal has been prepared to meet the partial requirement of the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) as prescribed by our syllabus which carries 3 - credit hour.

There has been rapid growth in the number of commercial banks in the current scenario of Nepal. As I found Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited as one of the bank that has been able to maintain a lead in a primary banking sector which has been providing the tremendous facilities to its customers globally as well as bank is promoting banking carrier. As internship is an opportunity for the students to integrate career related experience into an undergraduate education by participating in planned, supervised work and contributes to the student’s personal and professional development through challenging work assignments. By considering above, I have chosen Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited as best to complete by internship program.
