Dear Ms. Hadley,

The Executive Team A proposal on the Process Design of Riordan Manufacturing implementation of the Lean Production and TQM Electric Fans has finally become a reality from our China Plant location.

The various project task options from our current operational process in the company’s' several locations has been narrow down to the China Plant location. The Executive Team A has taken on the responsibility to concentrate on the China Plant for the Electric fans production. These solutions for the right set of planning tools consists of the Lean Production plus quality controls that provides gainful insight regarding enough natural requirements planning and undertaking to meet several demands of periodic order alongside the current forecasting based on our yearly demand at the China Plant.

During this implementation process there will two phases completed by our projects by mid-year 2011. The first phase will identify the bottleneck of the distant learning communication and define the process forecast stipulate the production plan and balance the supply chain of quantity Riordan electric fans which are ordered by our customer while acquiring new customers. Research and Development of materials, Total quality management for controls in troubleshooting and production support. The second phase will include the implementation of the supply chain, new product developments, working on the Electric Fans prototype project and the final meeting with all lead management.
