Club IT Part Two

Ruben and Lisa started a business called Club IT it’s a night club where people can listen to music and eat some good food and dance if they’d like. They’ve manage to pretty good over the years making their night club a success, but now our looking for a way to make it better by utilizing information systems. There are three things I can see that will help them grow and take their business to the next level. First would be getting their club in the social networks, like facebook, twitter, and any other social site that their customers our using. Second would be to stream line there website and add things like online purchasing for the concerts and for the merchandise that they sell and pre-ordering food. Last would be to make an intranet for employees so they can access thing out side of work and look at dashboards show their performance or whatever else they’d like to track. I’ll cover each of the recommendation in the paragraphs below going more in depth on how these IT solutions can help and bring the company up to speed.

To help Club IT stay in touch with their customer base we could get them on the social networks that are out there. For business networking and finding future employees we could get them on Linkedin. As for their customer basic we could get on facebook and create a account for Club IT so we can start offering discounts and deals for become a friend of the club and can also ask for feedback and show upcoming events and band that will be playing there on Friday and Saturday nights. Last we could get the company a Twitter account so they can tweet to the customers about events, prices and deals that are coming up.

They next thing we could do to help the business is to stream line there website and offer more thing that aren’t available on their site now. One if the thing to add would be a way for your customers to purchase their tickets online for upcoming events and even pre-order food the day of the events so it ready...
