Acknowledgement
First and foremost we would like to extend our gratitude to our teacher Miss. Tania Danish for her guidance and help in preparing the questions and the report. We would also like to thank the staff at Mobilink’s Karachi head office that helped us in arranging meetings with the managers. We are grateful to Mr. Muhammad Rehman Abbasi, Regional Manager Marketing Operations-South, Mrs. Malika Merchant, Regional Manager Human Resources—South and Mr. Asad Shaykh, Brand Manager of Jazz for their time and the information they gave us, without which this report would not have been possible.
Lastly, but definitely not the least we would like to thank Allah, all our family members, friends and our seniors for their constant support and guidance that led to the completion of this report.
This report helped us in appreciating the application of the Information Management Lifecycle and how important it is to research and gather information before launching a new product. This research helped us analyze the market structure giving us an insight as what may or may not work out and the needs of the customers. We have tried our best in incorporating and covering all the areas of the Information Management Lifecycle related to Mobilink Jazz for which we made constant visits to the Mobilink Karachi Head Office and other branches.
