The Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) is one of initiative that will bring Malaysia to the new global information and communication technology (ICT) industry. The infrastructure emphasis on eco-friendly yet sophisticated urban structures for business, homes, education and recreation. A protocol concept in computer-networking is a set of rules understood by the hardware or software of systems that intercommunicate.
