Dear Residents

As you know over the past year you have been receiving your electric bill with your monthly rent statement. Zions Securities Company has reached an agreement with Rocky Mountain Power to fix this so your bill will come directly from Rocky Mountain Power. This will require a great deal of work on every person’s part. Below is a sequence of activities that will take place in order to proceed. We realize these steps will be an inconvenience for each of you and hope that you will be patient through this process.

First, we will have a power outage in the building for an entire day; this is probably going to be within the first couple of weeks in January. Rocky Mountain Power will have to shut off all power to the building for the electricians to work. We will make arrangements at the old building in the Social Room for those who would like to relax and watch TV during that day.

Second, on a different day there will be periods of power outages in separate apartments for Rocky Mountain Power to install new electric meters that will work with their system. This should not be an all day outage, but only for an hour or so in sections of the building.

In order to prepare for this we need some assistance from you to setup your account with Rocky Mountain Power. You can do this in one of two ways,

You should not need to leave a deposit to setup the account, if they say that you do please contact the leasing office and we will assist you with this setup.
