Introduction
As known United Arab Emirates is one of the countries with a high incidence of traffic accidents and traffic violations. In order to reduce this phenomenon, the Traffic Management of United Arab of Emirates (UAE) created a law; known as the "Law of Black Points" which extremely contributed to a decrease of accidents and traffic violations. This new law put the lawbreaker under the legal accountability in order to feel responsible for their actions, but before we go deep with the explanation. I will describe briefly about my workplace to let you know about the environment that I interact with.
Organization background
I work in Abu Dhabi Police in IT and Telecommunication Department (System Development Division) my department plays a major role in term of providing systems and applications that helps to increase the performance of the Abu Dhabi police. Overall, Abu Dhabi police takes part in serving the community and keeping their city secure from threats.
Organization analysis
Mission
Abu Dhabi police mission is “a progressive police for a modern city” these words carry lot meanings such as using the latest equipments in term of achieving a certain purpose which is serving the community. ” (Adpolice.gov.ae).
