Deliverables

This assignment represents 30% of the total INCOURSE marks for this subject.

You are required to prepare a report of 1500 words. You should state the number of words used on the cover of the assignment. You may include diagrams, graphs, figures, and bibliography lists and any appendices without word penalty. The standard sliding scale of penalties for excess length will be imposed. The penalties will be as follows:

|1 -15% excess |no penalty |

|16-25% excess |5% marks reduction |

|26% and above |10% marks reduction |

The report must follow the standard academic format:

• Font type: Times New Roman

• Font size: 12 pts

• Line spacing : 1.5

Conduct a research on the given organisation; describe and/or explain the followings:

- Brief introduction of the company background;

- Identify the vision statement, mission statement and the goals of the organisation and explain how the four (4) functions of management helps the organisation achieve its goals;

- Identify two (2) internal stakeholders and two (2) external stakeholders of the chosen organisation. Explain their roles and how these stakeholders affect the business of the chosen organisation by providing relevant examples.

Note: You are required to choose the organisation from the ‘List of Organisation’ provided by your lecturer.
