To Whom It May Concern:

Since evaluating the turn of events with Leadership Today, it seems like there are many functions that are missing here. First of all your Mid-level management team has been complaining because they are not provided the freedom to make timely decisions to help their clients. Your employees are never recognized for their accomplishments and this company never seems to make any major accomplishment recognition. These seem to be the major reason as to why your company is under so much pressure.

If we make some necessary changes as needed and recommended the future of Leadership Today will be bright and profitable. Please review my recommendations and feel free to contact me for any further input. First your Mid-level management team needs to be re-evaluated again, to see why they aren’t able to make decisions. If it’s because you aren’t comfortable with having them make these decisions, then make necessary changes to this group so they are able to make timely decisions and be able to respond o customers in a timely manner. Traditional management teachings suggest that the job of management is primarily one of control: the control of resources, including time, money, material, and people. (J.M. Kouzes, B.Z. Posner p.16). You need to ensure that all of these resources are being met with your mid-line management team. If you take the time to give them more control and responsibilities, then this will alleviate your upper level management team in making more base line decisions and they could concentrate on making higher end decisions.

Your employees need to be recognized more for their hard work and efforts that they do. If you begin making changes with this your employee moral will increase and having increased moral will also increase your employee loyalty.
