Abstract

In this case paper we are going to study regarding the companies Great Western Garments Company and Levi Strauss Canada. Both the companies are garment manufacturers. After Second World War GWGC has could not meet the demand of people. In 1961 Levis Strauss & Co. has purchased the ownership but didn’t promote the GWGC and started dropping its reputation. And there are some certain alternative course of action to solve the problem like merging both the companies can regain the market as well as they earn more profits and they will be on the top list of garment companies.

They can put some advertisement and promotion for their new company and Levis would be benefited.
