* For example “Kara likes to wrestle crocodiles. She likes to bungee jump. She likes to sky-dive.” This sentences are wrong because between sentences have same structure and length

* So you have change your sentences become “Kara likes to wrestle crocodiles. In addition, she enjoys bungee jumping and sky-diving.”

* The fifth techniques is using parallel structure.

* The sentence "Shane ate the pizza, wiped his lips, and burning with contentment. " is not parallel.

* The word “ate” and “wiped” are past tense verb but “burping” is present participle verb..

* To make your sentence be right, you should change “burping” into burped

* So the right parallel sentence is "Shane ate the pizza, wiped his lips, and burped with contentment "

* The advantage of parallel structure is helping make lists more memorable and sensible to readers.

* The last technique is putting your readers in your sentence.

* This techniques is useful because using second-person pronouns can give your writing more impact rather than third person.

* The word "You" can refer to a singular person or to every member of your organization.

* The sentence, “Benefits for the employee hired” change into “Your benefits” then the sentence becomes “Your benefits with include health insurance and employer matching 401(K) contributions.”
