Education is an opportunity that should be taken advantage of in order to gain knowledge needed to excel in our desired career. In today’s world education is a must because certain job have different requirements therefore you must have the knowledge before entering into any career. Working as a hiring manager to find the right candidates for a specific position but some people just don’t have the education needed to perform the job in a certain capacity. However, having the education shows management that you know how to learn because through education you will learn how to gather, apply knowledge and get basis information and training related to your job field. Education also allows us to developed interpersonal skills where we interact with others through discussions have team projects and most importantly refine our communication skills(Santiago, 2010).One thing that I have learn is time management which allows us to manage our assignments complete assignments effectively by their deadlines.

I have been going to school since 2004 and I’m going strong with a lot my passion because getting my masters degree is will help me further into my career and then I can experience things that I’ve learn and apply them on a day to day basis. I am a very open-minded person so I get excited when I learn new things because it makes me feel as though I have accomplished something. Education can impact our lives in some many different ways it’s unbelievable. Education is very important to our lives as a whole as well as our career but it’s up to us as to high successful we are. Completing your education shows the type of person you are, it shows your commitment to learn your ability to apply ideas to be successful at a given task (Santiago, 2010).Therefore, I went back to school for my masters degree to gain knowledge need to excel in my career as a business...
