Introduction:-

The data given of the process A and B helps you to construct the different control chart to classify, that which type of control chart is more suitable to identify the quality control, the company should use for their betterment. By using different types of control chart, the line manager can easily distinguish which control chart will be the best for the company to use. Statistical process control is used to verify whether a business or manufacturing process is in control or not. Statistical control chart is used to predict the future performance of the business. So if the process is going out of control. The statistical process control chart helps the firm to identify the disorder and to fix it as soon as possible so the process can run smoothly without any disturbance.

Process A:-

To identify the best control chart to use for the business the quality manager gave ten wallpapers randomly from the process with number of flaws on each roll of wallpaper.
