Arthroscopic (Noun) Examination of the interior of a joint using an endoscope (an instrument that can be introduced into the body to give a view of its internal parts) that is inserted into the joint through a small incision

Notchplasty (Noun) An orthopedic procedure to remove osteophytes, which form on the inner margin of the lateral femoral condyle (a rounded projection on a bone, usually for articulation with another bone) because of stifle instability resulting from cranial cruciate ligament rupture, and reshaping of the intercondylar notch to facilitate placement of the fascial graft during reconstruction of the joint.
