Nationalism and socialism are very important movements that changed the course. of history. theorists, analyst and politics assert that the meaning of nacionalism and socialism is committing an anachronism and a waste of time. However, these concepts mean realities that have a historical time; therefore, they are not eternal. They have fuctioned as a multipurpose idea. Previously, there already were some ideoligial expression of patriotic states. These movements emerge in Europe in the mid-eighteenth century caused by the developement of capitalism and the desire of the burgeoisie to appropiate and unify the State. therefore, the state would unify the territories and people of the feudal regimen in a single nation with its own market. Later, markets were expanded which created wars among the developed nations. In other words, nations tried to control other markets. Nationalism and socionalims represent , on one hand, the natural aspiration for dependency and national reaffirmation of the citizens who are struggling to merge from dependency and underdevelopment. On the other side, their objectives are to minimize or eliminate the policies of the big center of world power. Therefore, nationalism and socialism are ideologies that have inspired revolutionary movements.

Nationalism is a social and political movements oriented to the nation. The new concept grew during the Illustration period, beginning of nineteenth century. as ideology, nationalism gives a nation a particular position within a political community. It is based into two basic principles of relationship between the nation and the state. The first principle is in regards of the national severeignty which refers that each nation is the only legitimate basis for the state. the second principles is nationality which means that each nation should maintaing its own state and its frontiers should match with the nation frontiers.
