The below summary will lay out details in regards to budget, timeframe, phases, and required resources that are needed to accomplish the implementation of the new database. The total timeline of the implementation will comprise 190 days. This timeline has been established to allow for allocation of resources for the project. Hardware required for the project have been established based on the number of individuals that the project will be supporting. Hardware is one of the most costly investments in any project. The estimated purchase for required hardware is roughly 90000. The cost is including the purchase and installation of the new hardware that is to be installed. Training for the new database is required as well. Expenses for travel for support teams need to be evaluated as well. Roughly 7000 dollars will be required in expense for travel and accommodations for those support teams. Meals for the support teams are another expense that has been estimated to cost roughly 2000 dollars during the projects implementation. Training materials are required to familiarize staff of the new database implementation. These materials have been estimated to cost around 1200 dollars.

The project’s estimates have been formulated by evaluating varying levels of the project’s implementation. This allows the cost analysis to be more accurate and comprehensive.
