One internal way that I could recruit individuals for the job as a prison guard would be to post the ad for employment within the prison guards locker room, or maybe even by the time clock. The other prison guards that are already employed by the prison will tell his or her friends about the prison hire new employees. This way of recruiting personnel for the job opens within the prison, will let the prison employees would let he or she for the prison job openings. Employees will spread the word faster to, the individuals that would be qualified for the jobs at the prison. This will give the individuals are already employed the chance to take one of these positions. The disadvantage to this would be that the prison would have to train another employee how to do that persons job.

The three external ways of hiring employees for the job as a prison guard. First would be to advertize in the news paper, this is always a great way to put the word out that the prison is hiring qualified individuals. Almost every individual reads the newspaper at one point within a day’s period. The advantages to this type of hire would be that it would be an inexpensive way to higher individuals for the job. The disadvantage would be that the prison would have individuals that would not meet the qualifications applying for the job.

A second way of external hire would be to advertize on the Internet, like on Monsters.com, or a job hire web page like this one. This will able the prison to obtain the individuals for the job, by posting the information for employment on the web page. An advantage to this type of hiring method would be that the prison would list all of the qualifications to be a prison guard. A disadvantage to this style of hiring would be that there would be many individuals that would fill out an application for these jobs at the prison, with no experience of any work history.
