Saint Thomas Aquinas “Whether God Exist”

Saint Thomas Aquinas goes on to say that God doesn’t exist. But in the text it defines what God supposedly means and it read that he is infinite goodness, which means god exists. Moreover, he doesn’t believe that god exist because his philosophy on God is that If gods exists there would be no evil so from his perspective god does not exist because of the evil throughout the world. He figure that if there was a god he would have stop all the evil going on in the world today. He also express 5 different ways that god can exist. Some of what he elaborated on comes from many of Aristotle views of his beliefs and observations. He consistency begins to connect science with religion, and how things should be in motion in a state of actuality and potentiality. The book read that since nature works out of its determinate end under direction of a higher agent, whatever is done by nature needs to be traced back to God as to its first call. Basically, saying that anything that happens for a reason is connected to god, because it’s a reason for everything, and it’s done by god and not by human reason or will. The observation interprets that everything is that happens, it happens for a reason, also meaning it’s in God’s hands and he will make a way.
