As organizations grow larger and more multifaceted in today's competitive business world, the roles of organizational goal setting happens to be more important to the continuous long-term achievement of organizations. The goals, which will lead to the highest level of performance, are developed, stated, and implemented goals that are the guiding standard for increased success and continuous growth and development. However, the lack of successful goal setting will definitely lead to deterioration of the organization’s performance. The organizational management has the responsibility to be knowledgeable of organizational psychology which helps organizations deal with the employees’ behaviors within the organizational setting (Britt and Jex, 2008). Employers can use this knowledge to improve the organizational production, and employees can better understand the aspects of work. The given simulation demonstrates how employers can apply organizational psychology to recognize the affects of employee dissatisfaction and how to recommend procedures in lessening organizational issues.

Situation

Aridevils, Inc., is a professional aerial stunt firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Celsey Evans is one of the best female aerial stunts artists which established the firm on her own. In 1996, four other colleagues joined on with Aidevils who renowned as a provider of daring, innovative stunts. With time Airdevils increased its employees count and has 115 employees on board today. The five founders of the company have retired from active stunts but they are now the top management of the firm. The organization participates in an array of aerial stunts and operates as a host with different industries such as movies and marketing. Over the years Airdevils daring stunts has won many national and international awards, which attracted many dedicated customers who were most of the firm’s revenues.
