Name and Mission Statement

Nike Incorporated is the company I have chosen being they are my favorite shoe brand and have found worldwide success. Their mission is to “Bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world. They define athlete as any person with a body, which helps open up their target demographic. The top competitors right now are Under Armour, Adidas, and Reebok in the national market. Some other competitors worldwide are Anta and Li Ning, both centralized in China. Nike is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories and services. It is headquartered near Beaverton, Oregon in the Portland metropolitan area. It is one of the world’s largest suppliers of athletic shoes and apparel and a major manufacturer of sports equipment.
