Club IT has an opportunity to improve business management and productivity by updating their information technology systems. The analysis discovered outdated technology and data security issues after interviewing Ruben and staff members

uncovered problems concerning customer communication, ordering supplies, and insufficient information management. Solve these three business problems for Club IT Resources, Customers, and Supply Chain. Club IT has to take advantage of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Club IT lacks technology that enhances the club customers’ interaction with the club IT. Ruben and Lisa need to incorporate CRM software to enhance, and retain their customers. The website of the club needs to be enhanced to be more user-friendly for the customers as well as the employees. Ruben and Lisa should hire a professional web designer to enhance the club's website to include access to concert tickets, virtual tours, survey and comment sections, and even making reservations. Offering web discounts for merchandise by using e-commerce (B2C) as a platform to sell items such as mugs,

T-shirts, and caps, which is an important resource to increase the revenue of the business

Developing a Facebook and Twitter pages offers a convenient way to communicate or update customers on upcoming events and daily food and drinks specials that the club offers.
