Three people were involved in the robbery of a local computer store-the defendant, an unknown masked accomplice who entered the store with him, and the driver of an automobile that the trio used to get away. A passerby noticed the plates of that vehicle as the robbery was in progress and reported it to the police. What does it mean to provide “Identification of Photographs”? Photos of the store being robbed and the “getaway car” would be good photos. Also sketches of the criminals can be very helpful. To use photos as a way to ID the perpetrator is what you mean to provide identification photographs. (4) Is a crime sketch necessary or helpful? Would you create a crime scene sketch for this case?
