Acme Home Improvement de Mexico

ACME Human Resources in Mexico consist of the primary stakeholder, the sponsor, the project manager and his team. The primary stakeholder and project owner in the project is ACME CEO, and he has all power and authority over the entire project. He will support the project and require regular updates on its progress. He is the primary stakeholder on the project because he wants ACME to expand beyond the United States and not face the failures that many companies before him faced.

The sponsor for the project is the ACME CFO. He, along with the project manager, is responsible for all expenditures on the project. He is second in the chain of command to the CEO and makes all decisions when the CEO is not available. All invoices and payments must meet his approval, as well as all financial request. He reports all requests and matters of the project directly to the CEO.

The Project Manager (PM) of the project is also the ACME Director of Operations in Mexico. He is responsible for the administration, oversight, control, and success of the project. He will oversee the project through the preliminary phases, to construction, and finally grand opening. He is familiar with the Mexican culture and the Spanish language, but will work closely with the Assistant Project Manager to establish a local rapport. He reports directly to the CFO of ACME.

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is someone who is a Mexican native and is bilingual. He reports directly to the PM and supports his efforts throughout the project. He works in the place of Project Manager should he be unavailable.

The Project Administrator (PA) is also considered the International Expansion Administrator. He plans and facilitates all meetings and communications that take place between the project team and those at the corporate level. His responsibilities also require him to
