Even though the sales force at InterClean excels at demonstrating and selling products, training is necessary for the new business model. The solutions/service model dictates having multifunctional teams, instruction in developing enough service packages, trained to engage directly with all clients from different organizations and educated on all compliance matters. David credited the sales team with high marks but recognized the need for intensive training in order to grow and serve new markets.
