When the average person thinks of Walt Disney Company, many positive attributes come to mind such as fun, exciting, successful, family-oriented, and comfortable. Disney Company prides on maintaining positive perceptions of the organization and ensures supreme customer satisfaction with their clients and members of the company. Walt Disney has a strong culture recognized for being highly customer-responsive and rich in heritage, quality standards, and values vital to their success. The members of Disney’s empire must possess attributes such as honesty, integrity, respect, and diversity demonstrated by their ability to make guest happy, caring about their fellow peers, working as a team, delivering quality and have extraordinary commitment to the organization. These values are what make Walt Disney Company a leader in diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise for more than 40 years of service.

Communication within the World of Disney is very formal and media-rich for existing members and new members entering the organization. Recruitment and training for new employees is one of the important values of Disney’s heritage. This lead to the creation of Disney University used to ensure new members are provided with the education of the organization’s values and structure. Also it gives the members a central location for communication of researching needs of the organization, employee activities, and analyzing the effectiveness of development and training.
