Rules & Regulations: 1 The Contest will be held at Penang International Sports Arena (PISA) on Friday, 27 August 2010 from 2pm - 3pm (10 seating). Contestants must register themselves 1 hour earlier before competition starts. 2 Closing date will be on 15th August 2010. 3 Candidates are required to set-up a table for 10 pax within 1 hour. 4 The theme for the table setting competition is WEDDING DINNER. 5 The competition is a combination of F&B Skills, Presentation and Professional attributes of the F&B professionals. 6 All the final competition or table set-up needs to be assembled within the given time, 1 hour. 7 Participants are NOT ALLOWED to pre-set any of their setting and their centerpiece. They are required to finish their tasks during the competition. The entire table setting presentation needs to be completed within 1 hour. The set up must be completed and balanced according to the relevant theme. 8 Each organisation is entitled for maximum 2 entries for each competition. 9 Each team consists of a maximum of one person. The judging criteria are as follows: • Professional appearance and attire. Techniques of clothing the Table Cloth • Relevant Napkin Folding according to the theme. Relevant & Appropriate size Centre Peice • Sequence of setting the table and the layout of the miseen place • Final presentation: Actual Table Setting PRIZES OF COMPETITION 10...
