Now, Alibaba became the most successful and well-known e-commerce in China with two successful IPOs, first in Hong Kong and recently in New York. In this paper, by looking back how Alibaba became successful from the entrepreneur stage, answers to the current challenges will be articulated.

From the humble beginnings as an English teacher in Hangzhou in 1999, Jack Ma last year became the richest man in China. Ma always had that entrepreneurial spirit and drive, one which led him to establish Alibaba 15 years ago. With his initial capital of $60,000, he turned Alibaba into a company valuation of a market cap of $221 billion creating world history by having the biggest of IPO of all time.

How did Alibaba become the most admired success story in China from the modest start-up? The stupendous success of AliBaba Group stands rather inspiring to several internet based businesses all over the world.
