InterClean Employee Memo
As each of you know the vision of InterClean is to become one of the first companies in the sanitation industry to offer full service solution packages. To reach that goal we are in the process of merging with EnviroTech. Through this amalgamation approximately sixty EnviroTech employees with proficiency in service will join our sales and marketing team. As the company embarks on this great mission it is very important that you all are aware of how your role as a manager will affect the companies overall success. In order to ensure everyone has a clear understand of there responsibilities I will review how your conduct as a manager will affect employee productivity, the most effective methods for working in a diverse work environment, and employment laws in regard to management actions.
The human resource department is in the process of reviewing staffing needs in our department to determine the skills needed for us to operate most effectively. This is a great opportunity for current employees to grow and advance in existing positions as well as new positions that may become available. Though this is an exciting time for many, it may cause some uncertainty in regard to job security for others. As we move forward in this process employees will be more observant of your actions and how you respond to the changes happening around you. It is very important that you maintain a positive attitude, be supportive, and respond to employee questions with assurance. You must also maintain open lines of communication so that all employees feel comfortable with you and are able to come to you with any questions or concerns. Be sure to give clear expectations of job responsibilities and continue to encourage employees to take advantage of trainings offered by the company.
