Memorandum of Agreement

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered in the City of Manila, Philippines

by and between:

PINK PANTRY OF FLOTI CAFE

And

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

A private school and an institution with office address at

551 MF Jhocson Street, Sampaloc, Metro Manila

represented by

THE NATIONAL: Official School Publication of National University

hereinafter referred to as The National

Witnesseth that:

PINK PANTRY OF FLOTI CAFE agrees to be a SUBJECT of The National’s Food Review, to be held from November 9, 2015 and will provide the following:

1. Allow five (5) representatives from The National to enter PINK PANTRY OF FLOTI CAFE’s premises and conduct a food review of both the restaurant and the cafe’s menu. The participants include the Editor-in-Chief and the Feature Editor of The National together with a food critique, a faculty member, and a videographer;

2. Allow the representatives to conduct an interview with the company’s head about PINK PANTRY OF FLOTI CAFE’s history and success. The person to be interviewed shall be present;

3. Reserve at least three tables with five seats inside Pink Pantry for each of the participants from The National;

4. Reserve the sofa area by the main entrance of Floti Cafe for each of the participants from The National;

5. Serve the signature dishes of Pink Pantry such as the Manager’s Choice, their Bestseller, their highly-suggested meal, and their budget-friendly meal to each of the participants from The National;

6. Serve the signature desserts/drinks of Floti Cafe such as the Manager’s Choice, Bestseller, their highly suggested dessert/drink, and their budget-friendly dessert/drink to each of the participants from The National. Floti Cafe reserves the right to choose whether they shall serve a dessert or a drink; and,

7. Have the food reviewing be held on November 9, 2015, Monday, 3:00 PM onwards;
