Introduction

The purpose of this study is to establish the factors affecting the productivity and satisfaction of the younger employees at Sales Department in Schering Plough. During the last years the engagement of younger employee are low as well as productivity. Data also show that older workers are more productive and also have highest salaries, and this is commonly not originate in younger workers .

Statement of the Problem

There has been a study that shows that older workers are more faithful to their job, more realistic and more responsible about their standing in a business, as contrasted to younger employees.

Our data show that Sales Employees who older are more productive than their much younger coworker. The data showed that older workers gain more money than the youngers. The research will be conduct to see if age makes any change in steadiness performance. The research also showed that the changes in performance were mostly with the younger employees, and not the older employees.
