SATELLITE DISH INSTALLATION

Dear Resident,

This letter is to inform you of the proper satellite dish installation policy for our community. Per our Satellite Installation requirements:

SATELLITE DISH INSTALLATION Tenant(s) will be permitted to install a satellite dish under the following guidelines:

A. Satellite Dish may be no more than up to 40” in diameter on their balcony, porch or any area that is under their exclusive use or control. No part of dish or antenna can extend beyond the porch, balcony, the porch or balcony railing line, or above the roofline of the Tenants apartment.

B. Tenants are prohibited from installing a satellite dish on the building or in any area that is not under their exclusive use and control. Prohibited areas include, but are not limited to rooftops, common-use balconies, outside walls, windowsills and lawns.

C. Tenants are prohibited from drilling or making any holes in balconies, porches, roofs or any other part of building or structure. Tenants are prohibited from affixing a satellite dish or any supporting equipment to a window, door siding, brick or balcony railings or boards. Tenants are prohibited from clamping a satellite dish to any portion of the balcony or patio railing. All cables must be installed in a manner such that trip hazards are not created. Only flat cables that can run under sliding glass door tracks or windows may be used.

D. Tenants agree that they are solely and completely responsible for any damage to the property over and above normal wear and tear related to the installation and operation of the satellite dish including any supporting equipment or cables.

E. Tenants understand and acknowledge that satellite dishes only work with a clear and unimpeded southwestern exposure. Tenants acknowledge that Landlord has made no representations regarding whether Tenants apartment provides such an exposure.
