My friend Kai Wang said to me that the key to success is luck, while another one of my friends Jian Wang thought it is hard work. As far as I am concerned, there are many elements contributing to success and the three most important ones are knowledge, diligence and patience.

Chiefly, knowledge is a necessary factor to success. No matter which job you are doing now or you want to do, you should have enough knowledges about your work. For instance, those people who work at CIBC bank are good at accounting and finance. They know lots of their work. If you find a job in CIBC but you had not study about these in college or university before. One day, A rich business man wants to deposit and asks you to introduce all different plans and interests. You have no idea to introduce you bank's plans, then you lost a great deal of deposit and fired. In conclusion, you have more knowledges, you work better.

In addition, diligence is an important key to success. Thomas Alva Edison said "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration." His words are a directly way to show how important diligence is. For example, Jerry has a big company to produce foods. Jerry is a lazy guy that he never go to his company. Other markets want to buy his products. These markets want to know if Jerry's products are good or bad. But Jerry does not want to go to company, he wants sleep at home. Short time later, his company close. That is why diligence is important. In conclusion, being success can not without diligence.

Further more, patience is the key factor to success. For example, you still are a banker from CIBC. A customer wants you to introduce your plans from CIBC. You introduce once time but the customer can not understand what you talk about. Then he asks you that "Can you explain that again?" You say "How stupid you are, why you can not understand this easy thing?" Your customer will angry and complain you. Then you lose your job. In conclusion, patience is fundamental.
